Magnetic drawers are ingeniously constructed using an array of magnetic grates enclosed in a sturdy housing. Depending on the material conditions, this housing can accommodate either a single layer or multiple layers to optimize performance. Typically installed into pipelines, the mounting method is tailored to the customer's specific requirements for seamless integration.
Magnetic drawers are the quintessential solution for efficiently removing medium and fine ferrous contaminants from a spectrum of dry, free-flowing products. Their usage is particularly prevalent in the food and chemical industries. Housed within are magnetic bars that generate a potent magnetic field across the gaps between them. As material enters the top of the housing, it cascades in a zig-zag pattern from row to row over the magnetic tubes. This design ensures maximum capture of tramp metal, as products consistently come into direct and repeated contact with the magnet throughout their journey through the housing.

1. Customize your magnetic force with options ranging from the standard type reaching up to 12000GS to the easy-clean type maxing out at 8000GS.
2. The inlet and outlet are designed with versatility in mind, allowing for either flange or square interfaces to ensure effortless installation across various pipelines.
3. Our standard design supports a working temperature of ≤80 ºC, and for special requirements, it can withstand extreme temperatures up to 350 ºC.
4. Magnetic Grates are customizable to include a single, double, or multiple layers based on customer preferences and requirements.
5. Crafted for durability, drawer materials are offered in premium 304 or 316L stainless steel to ensure longevity.
