The Magnetic Drawer excels at extracting medium to fine ferrous particles from a variety of dry, free-flowing materials. It is particularly prominent in industries such as food processing and chemical manufacturing. The strategically placed magnetic bars within the housing generate an intense magnetic field across the spaces between them. As materials flow into the top, they cascade in a zig-zag pattern from row to row over the magnetic tubes, ensuring optimal tramp metal removal by maximally engaging with the magnets throughout their journey.

1. Select from a magnetic force range: standard type reaching up to 12000GS and an easy-clean variant offering up to 8000GS.
2. Inlet and outlet options include flange or square interfaces, facilitating seamless installation across diverse pipeline systems.
3. Standard operating temperature is up to ≤80 ºC, with optional configurations available for extreme conditions reaching a maximum of 350 ºC.
4. Customize with single, double, or multiple-layer Magnetic Grate arrangements as per customer specifications.
