Widely employed in industries such as chemical, ceramic, bulk flour, and other powder and grain handling sectors, they are equally adept at removing minute iron impurities from both liquid and semi-liquid products.

2. The standard magnetic grid features a robust metal shelf and high-performance φ25mm tube magnets, strategically spaced at 25mm intervals, and meticulously assembled through screws or welding for optimal efficiency.
The surface of our grate magnets can be exquisitely polished, sandblasted, or brushed to meet stringent food or pharmaceutical grade standards.
3. While the standard working temperature for our magnetic grids is ≤80 ºC, we are capable of engineering them to withstand temperatures of up to 350 ºC for specialized applications.
