Grate Magnets are indispensable across industries such as chemical processing, ceramics, and bulk handling of flour, powders, and grains. Furthermore, they are adept at purifying liquid and semi-liquid products by removing even the slightest iron impurities.

1. Our Hygienic Grate Magnet options, available in premium 304 or 316L stainless steel, offer excellent corrosion resistance and ensure a pollution-free environment.
2. The standard magnetic grid features a durable metal shelf with φ25mm tube magnets, meticulously arranged 25mm apart, and assembled with precision through screws or welding.
Surface grate magnets can be finished with polished, sandblasted, or brushed textures, tailored to meet rigorous food and pharmaceutical grade standards.
3. While the standard working temperature of our magnetic grids is ≤80 ºC, we can engineer them to withstand temperatures up to 350 ºC for specialized applications.
Our magnetic grids come in a variety of optional designs: Ordinary Type, Easy-Clean Type, and Deflector Type, with customizable Square, Round, or bespoke specifications.
